Silver is a 1960's apartment building with 60 units. All units needed to be gutted completely.

Many of the apartments needed to be reconfigured to better meet today's living requirements. Meeting a tight, on time budget was paramount to the success of the project.
Integrity Realty Group is a management and development company with over $400M in assets. We manage and develop apartment complexes and commercial projects.
We have been working with CCS, LLC for 10+ years. They provide carpentry, electrical, masonry, roofing and site prep for us.
They have built for us ground up as well as renovation of existing assets. They are gearing up to build a 30,000 SF apartment building in Westlake Spring of 2024.
